Delicious food, especially the Tortilla soup! The waitress was wonderful but I'm sorry, I didn't get her name. I do recall her saying she's an aunt to 75 nieces and nephews!! I highly recommend this restaurant!

I can't remember the woman's name but she was funny. She made sure we had everything we needed. The food...I was so hungry I inhaled my mushroom Swiss burger. This is my all time favorite burger and Jim's does it in my absolutely favorite way. I also love their onion rings, but this time we went, they were a little burnt. I ate the ones that weren't. We had a good time there, and we will always go back.

The parking lot is very large and let's you enter or exit from Nagadoches or the access road. The Nagadoches exit has a traffic light. We arrived around 11AM for breakfast and the crowd was pretty light, but the place was almost full by the time we left...around 1330. Our server, Kat, was super awesome! The food was great! I had never been before, but it was really good! I wouldn't hesitate to go back!

I love this Jim's location overall, but I gotta be honest about the burgers. Idk why things have changed, but honestly me and my girlfriend just did not like the new charbroiled or flame-grilled style that they used for cooking the hamburgers, it was really just horrible unfortunately. We had to pack up and finish the other half of our meal later on at home. Altogether, the food is usually pretty great, the atmosphere is calm, and the service is all around hospitable here!

I don’t usually do feed back but after being a Jim’s customer do a very long time now, this visit has been the very best experience I have had yet. The waitress Torri is younger and usually younger help isn’t really what someone my age has a positive experience with but all I can say if you can clone her that would be a great business move. And mind my wife and I eat out 90 percent of the time.

So Jim's never disappoints, food is amazing. Customer service was fairly great. It took less than 3 minutes to get my water refilled. I was able to do my work here in peace. There was one thing that disappointed me, but it was relatively the same at all Jim's. They do not have plugs to plug in my computer. All in all Jim's is a very big franchise and their food taste amazing. Not sure if it's the cool or the food. But great experience. The manager came up to me as I was eating my meal. So if you review often maybe I should get a shirt made saying I'm taking pics because I love reviewing the places I eat at. My apologies staff of Jim's at this location. Great place to eat. I recommend.

We are avid customers of this Jim's. Unfortunately we had awesome service from waiter Texas. He was awesome, friendly and courteous. We both been there before , I order chicken fried steak (twice had to send it back), due to it was overcook and burn. I had no choice to eat the second one just a little better but still burn. For the price of almost 15.00 dollars you figured you get a good large portion. Also my wife likes the senior liver plate. Well also Unfortunately she also got a smaller portion and burn n hard. So they usually get to portios, so again we had to reorder that plate again, and again seems like they brought the same piece. So we left it there and told management we did eat it and return it bk again. We were very disappointed we the food. Jim's is one of our favorite restaurants when we are in the area.

We had a great visit!! My grandson jaxx loves his bacon at Jim's!! I moved to New Mexico and I have to have the tortilla soup and the best onion rings in the world!!!! Update: Aug 28th2024 Great service! Very attentive waitress!! But.... Your tortilla soup was not good... Did you change the recipe??? I worked for the hasslochers when they first introduced tortilla soup... It was the best ever! But my soup today was not even half way good. Chips were old and stale.
